YuLong 793-3 Silicone Sealant

Applications:

YuLong 793-3 Silicone Sealant is a one-part, weathering resistance silicone which specifically designed for the PVC, ABC constructional bonding and sealing. Moreover, this product has high performance on aluminum, stainless, plastic steel windows and doors.

Description:

YuLong 793-3 Silicone Sealant has the following excellent characteristics:

Outstanding adhesive property on the joint between wall and PVC plastic.Excellent adhesive ability which applies in a wide constructional range.Neutral-curing, Light pungent odor, and non-corrosions on substrates.Weathering resistance, high performance on resisting UV radiation and flexible within a wide temperature range.

Limitations:

YuLong 793-3 Silicone Sealant should not be applied on structural installations or the temperature of gluing substrates is over 50C. Also this is product cannot be used where curtainwall bonding seals are desired.

Cautions:

The surface of the substrates has to be cleaned up without any contaminates. It is recommended to use lint cloth immersed with cleaning solvent clean the substrates.The construction site should be kept in a ventilational condition.The sealant surface should not be sprayed with paint.YuLong 793-2 Ketonic Silicone Sealant cannot directly touch any surface of food and drinking water.Keep the sealant always avoids from skin and any other body contact. If sealant was accidently splash in eyes, the victim should immediately flush them with water for 10 minutes and call ambulance for emergency diagnosis.It is the users’ responsibility to test the construction site in order to achieve satisfactory results before applying sealant.If the constructional joints or the thickness of seam exceeds 2cm, second time gluing is necessary.

Usable life and storage:

When stored at/below 27C, the shelf life of YuLong 793-3 silicone sealant is determined to be 6 months.
